 Michael C. Barela
Chairman and Portfolio Manager
Mr. Barela co-founded Cordillera Asset Management in 1991.
With over ten years at the firm, he serves in two primary
functions: Chairman and Portfolio Manager.
As Chairman of Cordillera, Mr. Barela sits on the board
of directors and coordinates the growth and development
of the firm. As Portfolio Manager, Mr. Barela manages all
aspects of the firm's Small Cap Growth portfolio. He chairs
the Investment Committee, which consists of himself, the
firm's fundamental research analysts, and the equity trader.
On a day-to-day basis, Mr. Barela oversees the formulation
of investment ideas, the implementation of fundamental analysis
and due diligence, and the execution of buy-sell decisions.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Mr. Barela
is also responsible for coverage of the financial sector
of the portfolio. In that capacity, he monitors company
and industry developments through company management meetings,
quarterly earnings conference calls, and research conferences.
Mr. Barela has over twenty years of experience in the financial
services industry including research analysis, stock selection,
trading, investment strategy development, and portfolio
management. Prior to joining Cordillera Asset Management,
Mr. Barela was employed by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter &
Company, Dain Rauscher Wessels, and Hanifen Imhoff. He received
his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Regis University,
in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Barela has been a member of the
board of the Latin American Educational Foundation since
1998, including one term as its board president. Mr. Barela
has also been a member of the Salazar Family Foundation
Board since 2000, supporting public education programs in
the Denver area.

 Timothy J. Meisinger
Treasurer and Director of Administration
Mr. Meisinger is dedicated to internal management
of Cordillera as well as service to the firm's clients.
With expertise in compliance, computer technology and accounting, he
brings crucial talents to the firm. Cordillera has benefited
from his administration operations, system and network administration,
and bookkeeping since 1997.
Mr. Meisinger serves as the firm's Compliance
Officer and is a member of Cordillera's Board of Directors.
He conducts client reporting and assists with trade reconciliation,
in addition to budgeting and accounting on behalf of Cordillera.
His range of administrative roles include performing a human
resource function, as well as IT tasks.
Mr. Meisinger earned his Bachelor of Science
in Biological Sciences with Minors in Chemistry and Physics
from the University of Denver.
